All magnets are handmade and dispatched within 1–5 business days.
Shipping time depends on your location (usually 2–8 days within Australia). We’ll send tracking as soon as it’s on the way!
Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! Just let us know at checkout or send a message—we’ll wrap it with love and can include a handwritten note too 💌
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll happily help with changes or cancellations. Contact us ASAP at info@sincerelyprinted.com
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and times will be calculated at checkout.
Can I place a bulk or custom order?
Yes! We’d love to help with weddings, businesses, or special events. Just email us for a wholesale or custom quote.
Can I order multiple sets for different people?
Yes, just order multiple packs and we will pack them per pack!
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because each item is handmade and custom, we generally don’t offer returns—but if there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.
