Return & Refund Policy – Sincerely Printed
At Sincerely Printed, each product is made with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature of our items, we kindly ask that you read our return and refund policy before placing your order.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable to orders that have not yet been fulfilled or created. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sincerelyprinted.com.au, ideally within 12 hours of placing it. Once production has begun, we are unable to offer a refund.
Returns
We do not accept returns, as each item is custom-made to order. We appreciate your understanding that personalised products are unique and cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will be happy to resolve the issue by either replacing the item or issuing store credit. To process this, we may request clear photos of the damage and the packaging for our records.
