Order Processing & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped and delivered within 3–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Delays
Please note that delays may occur during sale periods, public holidays, or due to courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Returns & Exchanges
As all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
Kindly email us at info@sincerelyprinted.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is no longer within our control.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
If your package is missing, we recommend first checking with neighbours or your local post office. Then, contact us at info@sincerelyprinted.com.au and we’ll do our best to help guide you through next steps.
Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
We cannot refund or replace items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realise there is a mistake in your address, contact us immediately — we may be able to update it before the order ships.
